    Vrinda Pai joins Jaguar Land Rover as head – HR

    Jaguar Land Rover has appointed Vrinda Pai as head of human resources. Pai was earlier with Tata Motors as DGM – human resources. She has taken up this new assignment after spending over six years with Tata Motors.

    An alumna of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Pai spent the initial years of her career with Essar, as senior manager. Following a successful eight-year long stint, she moved from Essar to KEC International. She served as manager, generalist HR, for over three years.

    Pai, who holds an MBA in human resource management / personnel administration, joined Tata Motors in 2016.
