    Virtusa Corporation, global digital strategy, digital engineering, and IT outsourcing services provider collaborated with the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) to hold an HR form at Hyderabad recently, where the main topic of discussion was how human resource has evolved and impacted business in the digital age. Therefore, the theme of the HR forum was ‘The Shift towards Digital HR’.

    The forum was attended by HR leaders from Virtusa and other organisations who talked about the digital capabilities in the field of HR. They also shared their views on the way advanced technologies have been disrupting the HR function across the globe.

      It was a really nice and unique concept I realized when I was reading and I would like to see more about digital HR. Once more thing I would like to ask you that is HR software technology also the part of this Digital HR concept.
