CSS Corp, the customer experience and technology firm, is gearing to expand its workforce by 2,000 people by the end of the fiscal year 2022. It will hire for its offices across India, the US, the UK, Singapore and the Philippines, as well as other countries. It has already crossed the 10,000 employee-mark in August.
Even amidst the pandemic, the tech firm, which completes 25 years this year, was able to keep expanding its team. In fact, it has managed to double its workforce over the last two and a half years. It has been hiring aggressively across China, the Philippines, the US and Costa Rica.
With investments from Morgan Stanley Private Credit and Onex Falcon last quarter, the Company, will use the capital to continue on its growth journey. The controlling stake of CSS Corp is held by Capital Square Partners.
With a current strength of 10,000, globally, CSS Corp plans to expand its capabilities and geographical footprint through strategic initiatives.
