Eaton India is all set to expand its team by about 700 people by end of 2021, of which at least 300 will be women. The global power management company is on the lookout for talent in the areas of engineering, information technology, digital transformation, and shared services including finance, supply chain, sales and marketing, and so on.

The hiring is part of the Company’s strategy to offer digital innovation and engineering solutions to its customers in India and across the world, through its centre of excellence located in India.

Selected candidates will get the opportunity to work with teams from APAC, EMEA and Americas and contribute to the Company’s vision of improving quality of life and the environment with the use of power management technologies and services.

Eaton is in the process of enhancing its manufacturing capacity, modernising production, and establishing new distribution centres across India. Therefore, it is on the lookout for new talent capable of adding value to its growth and expansion plans.

As a company, Eaton values individuality, welcomes unique perspectives and is eager to be exposed to different life experiences. It is in the process of upgrading its work policies to ensure work-life balance and prevent stress and burnout.

Eaton offers employees a dynamic work environment that encourages skill development and knowledge sharing. It has been active in promoting STEM amongst students.

Last month, the Company’s electrical sector strengthened its leadership team in India by appointing Debasish Banerji as director – sales & services for its power quality line of business, which constitutes 1PH & 3PH UPS products and systems, Software and services.
