Glamyo Health, a healthcare brand operating in the areas of elective and cosmetic surgeries, is readying to double its workforce strength from 300 to at least 600, over the next six months.

The Company has set itself a target of achieving an annual run-rate of $ 80 mn, and to achieve this, it is not only streamlining its processes but also strengthening its workforce.

It is looking for new skillsets and energy levels via fresh hiring across departments, primarily for NCR where it has its headquarters.

The hiring will be primarily in the areas of business development, central operations, HR and support.

Archit Garg, co-founder, Glamyo Health, revealed how the Company is growing 20 per cent every month, and “with rigorous expansion on the cards, we are on the lookout for a lot of talent. In the current times when many startups are laying off, we are aggressively hiring quality talent and looking to support deserving professionals”.

Preet Pal Thakur, co-founder, Glamyo Health, admitted, “This is just the beginning, and as we move forward, we seek people who can join us and understand the vision. Since this is about the larger picture, we seek aspirants who would be in the journey for a longer stint”.

Launched in 2019, the multi-specialty healthcare brand is already working with over 350 hospitals, treating over one lakh patients pan India, to deliver a hassle-free experience for all elective surgeries and cosmetic procedures with personalised care. Glamyo Health has also increased its marketing budgets in alignment with the expansion plans. It aims to scale from 16 cities to over 45.
