    Hexaware to hire 8000 in global hiring drive for 2024

    Hexaware Technologies, a global technology-solutions provider, has announced a significant expansion of its workforce. The company is aiming to hire 6,000-8,000 employees worldwide in 2024, contingent upon favourable market conditions.

    This hiring spree marks a significant step in Hexaware’s growth strategy, emphasising the company’s dedication to acquiring top talent and reinforcing its presence, globally.

    This initiative will target professionals for Hexaware’s offshore, onshore, and near-shore centres in India, the US, Canada, Mexico, Poland and the UK, underscoring the company’s commitment to innovation and enhanced client-service capabilities.

    In India, the company plans to hire for multiple locations including Hyderabad, Noida, Coimbatore, Dehradun and Bengaluru. To attract talented professionals, Hexaware will conduct recruitment drives in Ahmedabad, Indore, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Dehradun, Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram.

    The company is targeting certain key roles from these cities such as ServiceNow tech leads, automation testing specialists (API), AEM architects, big data Leads, and workday financial consultants. Specific focus areas include ITSM, HRSD and ServiceNow for Hyderabad and Noida, Azure Databricks, Python and ADF for Coimbatore and Bengaluru, and AEM, Front-End, MSD, Java FSD and .NET FSD for Hyderabad.

    In the US, Canada and Mexico, the company aims to hire cloud-application architects (Azure), ESM architects (ServiceNow), java full-stack engineers, test analysts (SDET) with automation expertise, and senior java full-stack developers with AWS. The key hiring locations in the US include McLean (VA), Chicago (IL), Dallas (TX), Iselin (NJ), and Reston (VA).

    The company will also focus on hiring in the UK, targeting test managers (manual and automation), AEM, DevOps (Azure), service desk professionals, and full-stack developers (Java and .NET). In Poland, the primary focus will be on hiring full-stack developers.

    Along with the massive hiring, the company also has plans in place to train and develop this talent. To do this, Hexaware offers employees access to SONIC, a learning platform providing free external certifications without restrictions or reimbursement caps.
