Job Description

It’s a role responsible to get HR data updated in the P@B system as per agreed KPI
Purpose of this position is to provide first level support to HRBP in transactional HR activities e.g. setting up new hires record, exits, updating HRMS during employee lifecycle with Bunge reflecting accurate employee data and org. structure also to support with Employee Central reports – Table/Canvas reporting

Main Accountabilities (List 6-8 major areas of responsibilities in order of importance, and purpose of these activities:

  • Create employee central reports, table and canvas reporting, excel dashboarding etc.
  • Provides first level support to HRBP in end to end HR Service, including operational/generalist HR matters
  • Managing all HR queries within agreed SLA’s effectively
  • Ensure timely issuance of various letters within stipulated timelines including Probation Confirmation, Transfer, Offer, Appointment, Bonus Pay out, Experience and relieving
  • Timely publish interactive dashboards and share with the HRBPs
  • Lead country/regional level governance calls

Managing consistent & accurate HR Data across geographies based on Global standards
Accurate information is extremely crucial as it will be utilized at different levels for reporting & data analytics and decision making

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (Measurable outcomes that the position contributes to):-

  • Accurate HR systems update
  • Accurate HR reporting (Table and Canvas)
  • Timely data maintenance in HR system
  • Complete, accurate and timely query resolution to HR BPs
    •    Compliance adherence, no observations in HR Audits
    •    Internal stakeholder management – CSAT and feedback from stakeholders
    •    KPIs within agreed SLAs

Major Opportunities and Decisions (Describe the more difficult and/or complex challenges or opportunities and decisions faced in doing work, improving processes or meeting customer needs.  Where must position focus to be successful?):

  • Primary purpose of this position is employee data management providing first level support to HRBPs and employees at all levels. Position primarily focuses on accurate EDM and creating reports and dashboards basis employee data in HRMS modules
  • Internal stakeholder management, working with HRBP, SLT, IT, finance, legal departments also need to be effectively managed for smooth HR functioning
  • Ability to lead transition HR activities from global location per transition guidelines and plan
  • Improvise current ways of working by focusing on continuous improvement

  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Working in collaborative environment
  • Guiding, Cross Training Process executive or Senior process associates on day to day basis
  • Flexible to work in different shifts (APAC, Europe, NA)

Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces (External & Internal):

This position involves closely working with global HRBP and HR Heads. Interaction with external vendors is also required. Interaction with IT, legal, finance is needed

Knowledge and Technical Competencies (Identify knowledge and specific technical competencies to accomplish the desired end results.  Some examples are licenses & certifications and knowledge and abilities):

  • Sound knowledge of SAP HR/SuccessFactors
  • Excellent understanding of HR concepts
  • Good command over English language both verbal and written, ability to communicate with employees from different countries at all levels
  • Experience in working with multi-cultural environment
  • Experience in transitioning work from global location to Shared Service Centre
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Post-Graduation in HR
  • 6-8 years of work experience in managing HR Operation & Employee central reporting
  • Experience in transition and migration of work from global location to Shared Service Centre
