Partner with leadership across all levels to provide operational support, coaching and leadership developmental activities in managing the business operations.
Responsibilities:-
- Engage with leadership for finalizing Annual plan, yearly objectives & forecasting for Business.
- Translate business objectives to people plans and drive people programs associated with these plans.
- Build in strong succession planning through Talent Review with all key stakeholders.
- Building organization capability by driving various training programs across all levels.
- Partner with stakeholders to work towards creating Best Place to Work.
- Drive various diversity and inclusion initiatives & develop infrastructure for inclusive workplace
- Monitor employee pulse through various surveys, regular action planning, & employee engagement for the diverse workforce.
- Provide HR Business partnership to deliver and program manage HR services around staffing, assimilation, performance management, development, engagement functions.
Qualification And Experience:-
- MBA – HR from Tier 1/Tier 2 Institute
- Good Communication skills with a go getter attitude
- Relevant experience of 6-8 Yrs. In a HRBP role, with experience in handling project (Desirable)
