Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • End-to-End Benefit Program Management, Design, and Administration: Responsible for maintaining, assessing, and designing benefit programs in APAC (India, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Indonesia) that align to Rubrik’s Global Benefits Philosophy, local market practices, and compliance requirements
  • Provide support as needed for EMEA and worldwide benefit programs
  • Manage benefit renewals, including RFPs, cost impact analysis, and presenting proposals to internal stakeholders
  • Manage all implementation of new vendors, including project management with cross-functional partners in procurement, legal, payroll, and finance
  • Own and manage vendor relationships and monitor vendor performance
  • Coordinate with brokers/vendors for benchmarking and survey participation, and providing analysis and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Compile quarterly and annual benefit plan dashboard metrics, including insights and recommendations related to the data
  • Manage compliance and local regulatory requirements pertaining the broad benefit programs, respond to internal audits, and oversee Workday configuration needs
  • Identify and assess, and analyze gaps and deficiencies in our current benefit administration process, make recommendations for improvements, and document and implement new processes
  • Administer employee benefits on-boarding, off-boarding and monthly processing including billing
  • Communicate with and educate employees on Rubrik’s benefit programs, including the design and maintenance of employee benefit guides and intranet benefit pages
  • Resolve queries from employees, managers and the People Team via a dedicated email and through slack; use queries to develop and maintain robust FAQs to drive employee self-service long term.
  • Support other Benefits initiatives and programs as required

Qualification And Experience:-

  • 7+ years of experience specific to India benefits, with additional international or global benefits preferred, particularly administration and development of programs
  • Strong project and vendor management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for a broad audience
  • Proven ability in leading project-based work and managing interdependencies between various partners in a detailed, fast-paced, and dynamic environment with the versatility to manage multiple projects, changing priorities and urgent issues successfully and simultaneously.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, who is highly motivated, agile, and flexible even in ambiguity, bringing other teams along smoothly and effectively.
  • Expertise and deep proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Proficiency with HR systems, preferably Workday
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with attitude to identify and resolve problems with both a short-term and long-term lens
  • Breadth of knowledge and experience of employee benefit plan designs including healthcare and pension schemes, complexities of plan administration, payroll processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance needs
