Job Description

This role includes, increasing workforce capability, improving organizational design and structure, providing change leadership, strategic staffing, talent management /succession planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement. This is a great role for someone who is an impact-driven, performance-oriented person.

Responsibilities:-

  • Acting as a single local point of the contact for the employees and managers
  • Executing on the ground operations and be the go-to person for all people related queries
  • Ensuring that the systems and platforms (BambooHR, Jobvite, LinkedIn, etc) are timely updated and filled in with the necessary data; reviewing and updating employee related information including compensation, joining and exit, PE cycle; KPIs, etc.
  • Ideating & executing Org initiatives and activities at a business/ function level; Executing various centrally established process at a business unit level
  • Conducting Employee connects and giving a pulse to the leaders and taking necessary actions wherever necessary
  • Analysing and creating various reports/ presentations that can be used to make effective decisions, including EES, Performance Evaluation, etc.
  • Being a change agent and challenging all existing process to make them better and more agile
  • Responsible for the end-to-end life cycle management and guiding HR CoEs for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation etc.
  • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Participating in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success; Following up to ensure training objectives are met
  • Conducting regular meetings with respective business units/ line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
  • Analysing trends and metrics in partnership with the HR CoEs to develop solutions, programs and policies, as needed
  • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues; Conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; Partners with the legal department/ consultant as needed
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation, including regular awareness sessions
  • Developing contract terms for new hires, promotions, transfers and retention cases, when needed
  • Providing guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Performing other related duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications Required:-

  • Participating in the HR Strategy elaboration based on the Strategic contract of the region, localization of the Global HR Strategy
  • Creating Action plan for the HR Strategy Implementation together with CoEs that will support its implementation (TA, C&B, Intercom and EVP, L&D)
  • Driving Action Plan implementation in collaboration with local Managers; getting their timely feedback and introducing changes if this may be necessary
  • Actively identifying gaps, proposes, and implementing changes necessary to cover risks
  • Acting as the performance improvement driver and provoking positive changes in the people management
  • Designing succession plans for key talents and key job positions
  • Advising the leadership team on the HR issues including solutions, systems, processes, policies, org culture, etc.
  • Driving and leading the agenda on employee engagement
  • Understanding the current culture of the firm and being a custodian of it for all business interactions
  • Working at improving of EVP through internal communication
  • Meeting the ESG criteria for the region
