- Collaborating remotely with global subject matter experts and technical experts to develop requirements and solutions.
- Consulting with functional stakeholders to keep aligned with business priorities.
- Problem solving, trouble shooting, and user support.
- Working within an Agile methodology
- Creating clear and comprehensive Agile user stories to support releases of functionality.
- Communicating, both verbally and in writing, with all staff levels, including leadership
- Excellent listening, documentation and functional stakeholder management skills
Qualification And Experience:-
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7-9 years of experience Learning or HR applications, preferably experience in learning management systems or learning experience platforms (Saba strongly preferred, Edcast is a plus.)
- Experience working with both third-party vendors and custom-built solutions.
- Experience working within Agile structure/sprints and with Agile teams and ceremonies.
- Experience writing Agile user stories.
- Experience using Jira.
- Experience engaging with multiple stakeholder groups to gather complex business requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience developing and executing test plans and strategies to perform system level testing (functional, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing)
