Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Providing strong leadership to your team including mentorship, guidance, and career development for the employees
  • Providing strong and service minded support to your Colleagues, Hiring Managers and Candidates
  • Executing service requests to specification and according to agreed service levels?
  • Responsibility for candidate management within our ATS & CRM system, including screening of applicants
  • Managing our Talent Communities within our CRM system, engaging with talent, enabling Ramboll to be more pro-active and talent led in our approach
  • Coordinating and sending of communication materials to prospects within our Talent Communities such as careers newsletters, Ramboll news, project wins and job updates to keep connected with the external talent market
  • Responsible for data integrity within defined processes, and our systems ensuring that we at all times are compliant?
  • Participate in the ongoing development of processes excellence – providing input to continuous improvement of workflows, tools, services & processes?
  • Scope and develop new services in collaboration agreed with the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team
  • Fulfilment of ad-hoc service requests

Qualification And Experience:-

  • Previous experience of leading a recruitment team that is responsible for working with the passive talent market
  • Expert knowledge of screening and sourcing candidates
  • Recruitment experience from working in Engineering and/or Management Consulting is desirable
  • Strong understanding of technology and experience of using talent acquisition systems, including Applicant Tracking, Candidate Relationship Management, social media, and other predictive tools
  • Previous knowledge and experience of using SmartRecruiters would be advantageous
  • Strong process optimisation skills and experience of working within a Service Delivery framework
  • Used to delivering results against SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
  • Ability to effectively prioritise a high-volume workload under tight timelines
  • Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include excellent communication, networking and relationship building skills, as well as having an international mindset, who is focused on delivering results, whilst still being a team player.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
