Jetline Group head-honcho and founder and CEO of JetSynthesys, Rajan Navani, has been named as the Chairman of the board of trustees of the Ananta Centre. He is taking over from Jamshyd Godrej, Chairman, Godrej, and Boyce. The Centre engages civil society, businesses, governments, and other stakeholders on issues of importance to India’s development and national security. With a focus on values-based leadership development and open dialogue, the Ananta Centre brings the brightest minds from diverse fields, combining their knowledge and expertise to develop a robust policy paradigm.

As the new Chairman, Rajan will strive to use ethical leadership and fruitful discussions to effect change across the 3 core pillars of Leadership & Education, International Relations, and Public Policy. Other trustees of Ananta Centre in addition to Jamshyd Godrej include industry veterans Harshvardhan Neotia, Shobana Kamineni, Sanjiv Goenka, Tarun Das, Janmejaya Sinha, Banmali Agrawala, Haravard Professor Sugata Bose amongst others. Over the years, the Ananta Centre has grown rapidly and has successfully convened more than 500 sessions, including flagship annual programmes like Ideas India, India-US Forum, India-Japan Forum, and special events featuring women leaders to boost gender parity, to name a few.

Talking about taking up this new responsibility, Rajan Navani, said, “My association with the prestigious Ananta Centre dates to a decade. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to work alongside some of the brightest minds of the country across areas of national and social concern. It’s humbling to accept this new position and look forward to carrying on the legacy that Jamshyd has established and working closely with the team and the larger ecosystem to effect positive change. Today India leads the race in several important domains, and we have one of the youngest economies in the world which is hungry to unlock growth and help us achieve our true potential. The Ananta Centre will work towards building the bright future of India and I’m grateful for the responsibility.”

One of the strongest voices in the emerging tech space, and across multiple digital-first sectors, Rajan Navani has in the last decade been a vocal advocate of using technology and digital for good. As a new age digital entertainment and technology company, JetSynthesys currently has a portfolio of world class products, platforms, and services, touching the digital lives of millions of consumers in India and around the globe.

Under Rajan’s leadership and strategic direction, JetSynthesys has built diversified business digital ecosystems in gaming and esports, music and video entertainment, wellness and livelihoods, fintech and social commerce, currently serving 100s of millions of users globally and 100+ clients worldwide. JetSynthesys harnesses advanced capabilities in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, blockchain, Web 3 and AR/VR/XR amongst others.

Rajan Navani is also the Chairman of the larger Jetline Group of Companies, which boasts of a near 90-year-old legacy globally in diversified large-scale manufacturing industries like textiles, packaging, electronics, real estate development, amongst others.
