Share India Securities Limited has announced the appointment of Dr. Ravi Singh as Vice President and Head of Research. Dr. Singh is a well-known industry professional, with extensive experience in the financial sector. He holds a Doctorate in statistics with a working experience of over 17 years in the financial industry. Dr. Sigh will be a spokesperson on behalf of Share India Securities Limited across multiple communication channels and formats for various investment related insights.

Prior to joining Share India Securities Limited, Dr. Ravi was with Karvy as a Vice President and Head of Research, for about three-and-half years & SMC Global Securities Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Vice President and Head of Research, for over 12 years. His expertise lies in research and development for investment in mutual funds, SIP, government securities, bonds, forex, equities, Nifty, Bank Nifty, Nifty stocks, and currency, both in futures & options, including bullions, metals, commodities and base metals.

In addition, he has developed several mechanical, statistical & econometrical models for research, brokerage generation, PMS and asset management purposes giving consistent returns throughout the period. His several Arbitrage models for F&O of NSE, BSE, and MCX have given consistent returns in all market situations like directional, cash & future arbitrage, logics for auto trading, Calendar spread, conversal-reversal, basket strategies, hedging & pair trading.
