Ecom Express, a B2C e-commerce logistics provider, has launched its festive season campaign, “Halla Bol.”

The aim of this campaign is to motivate and reward employees across all divisions during the high-demand festive period.

Through this comprehensive programme, Ecom Express aims to inspire teamwork, improve performance, and deliver exceptional service during one of the busiest times of the year.

Under this campaign, the company has introduced a series of performance-based incentives and rewards to encourage exceptional efforts and operational excellence. These incentives are particularly for its Field Executives (FEs), Delivery Partners (DPs), and other staff members.

The Halla Bol initiative offers a variety of reward programmes, including employee referral bonuses and special incentives for Distribution Centre (DC) heads who exceed targets. The top performer of the season stands to win a brand-new bike, a prestigious prize aimed at recognising outstanding dedication and enhancing mobility for daily operations.

Furthermore, other high achievers will have the chance to win exciting prizes such as refrigerators, mixer grinders, and smartwatches, further boosting team morale and engagement.

Vishwachetan Nadamani, COO, Ecom Express, emphasised the importance of the company’s ground staff during the festive rush: “Our employees, especially those in field roles, are the backbone of our operations. Their hard work doubles during the festive season, and these rewards reflect our commitment to recognising their extraordinary efforts.” He further highlighted that the initiative will not only drive individual performance but foster a positive work environment, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.
