Ecom Express has launched an innovative near-home crèche facility, ECOM MiNi EXPRESS. This initiative aims to ease childcare challenges for working mothers and create a more inclusive workplace.
The programme provides reliable childcare support, allowing female employees to focus on work without compromising on their family responsibilities. Employees can choose a crèche close to either their home or office.
The initiative is open to all on-roll staff members and covers up to two children per employee, aged six years or younger. Ecom Express will reimburse childcare expenses, making this support financially accessible.
Swati Mor, CHRO, Ecom Express, highlighted the company’s commitment to its female workforce. She stated, “We recognise the dedication of our female employees. This crèche initiative helps ease childcare concerns, ensuring they can excel both at work and home. Our goal is to build a truly inclusive and supportive workplace.”
This initiative reflects Ecom Express’s focus on gender diversity and workplace flexibility. By introducing progressive policies, the company is setting a new benchmark for employee-friendly practices in the logistics industry.
