Employee’s Reddit post on Boss’ ‘No Fun at Workplace’ notice goes viral

Some pointed out that work productivity increases when employees enjoy their work and that a strict and joyless workplace is not conducive to positive results. Some users even suggested that the use of a monochrome logo in workplace signage is more appropriate than using cartoons.
