Trintech has appointment Felicia Taylor as its chief human resources officer (CHRO). With an employee-centric focus, Taylor will help Trintech build an engaged, inclusive and high-performing work culture, as well as lead all aspects of human resources.
The Company is a global provider of integrated record-to-report software solutions for the Office of Finance in the US. Taylor, in her new role, will cover talent acquisition, talent development and learning, business partnerships, organisational development and effectiveness, compensation and benefits, diversity, inclusion and belonging, and operations and systems.
It is Felicia Taylor’s strong track record that to that makes her the ideal choice for the role, which will require her to focus on building an inclusive workplace and enhancing personal growth for employees.
Taylor has over 20 years of experience and has successfully essayed global HR leadership roles spanning tech, multi-unit retail and advertising. She also has experience in culture cultivation and design, change management, HR strategy, employee experience and engagement, M&A, total rewards, compensation strategies, as well as talent acquisition and retention.
Before joining Trintech, Taylor was the VP-HR, multi-family division, RealPage for over two years. She also served as the chief vibe officer and head of human resources for VARIDESK, for a year and a half. From April 2012 to June 2015 she served as the corporate HR director for TriColour Auto Group, where she was reporting to the CEO.
A Bachelor of Applied Science in human resources management and a senior professional human resources (SPHR) certificate holder, Taylor is also a DDI certified facilitator and a certified project manager from CompTIA.
