Courtney Headley has taken charge as global head – culture & inclusion, at QuEST Global, the global product engineering and lifecycle services company.
Carrying over two decades of experience, Headley holds an MBA from the Sacred Heart University and a BS in information management & technology from Syracuse University.
In the initial stages of his professional career, Headley did his internship with CIGNA and a short stint with IBM as project leader.
He joined GE as information management leadership programme (IMLP) graduate and programme manager in 1999. Over the next 10 years and eight months, he held several responsible positions in the multination before moving on to Credit Suisse as assistant vice president, in 2010.
For over a year at the investment bank, he managed the rollout and adoption of an innovative solution to empower 47,000 employees to resolve simple technical issues independently without calling the service desk.
In 2011, he found himself at The Hartford, as director. By the time he left the US-based investment and insurance company in 2013, he was the senior change management lead. In his six-year long successful stint there, he developed change management and communication strategies for high-profile initiatives.
It was in March 2017 that he joined Nestle Waters, as associate director, organisational change effectiveness and culture. He sstablished organisational change management standards for 3,000 corporate and frontline employees and supervised the organisational change strategies for the food and beverage multinational.
Headley, who is a board member of the YMCA of the US, is known to be a team player and a thorough professional with an approachable personality.
