The Company plans to expand its technology team by 40 to 50 per cent in the coming months. The objective is to accomplish greater heights through a strong and technology-enabled workforce.
The new recruits will be brought on board across both the technology and analytics functions that are overseen directly by the CTO. Shine.com wishes to appoint people with new skills and a fresh perspective so as to transform its technology and product stack. This is in line with the platform’s stance on the demand for candidates with new-age skills across industries.
