Campus hiring is the key to Square Yards’ recruitment strategy. It has also added several layers of screening so as to be able to hire the ideal candidates, while keeping them engaged throughout the process.
The campus hiring process will begin this month and be completed by March next year. New employees will be inducted in the new financial year, in April 2020.

The multiple rounds in the selection process will include a psychometric
analysis, an aptitude test, a personal interview, and also a unique group discussion, which is in the form of a game called Mafia. It brings out the key interpersonal traits in a candidate, such as the power to lead a conversation, the ability to interpret body language, the power to grasp and express relevant public opinion, and the skill to communicate effectively.
Square Yards focuses on an equal and inclusive work culture in a fast-paced environment.
