The Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, is all set to launch an Executive Programme in Leadership and Management (EPLM). To be delivered over the Hughes Interactive Onsite Learning Platform, the programme will ensure that participants in any part of the country can listen and discuss questions directly with the faculty at IIM, Calcutta. It will be live and promises to be interactive.
Addressed by senior executives from the corporate world, the EPLM will offer working executives comprehensive learning through lectures and also take them through real-world case studies.
It is designed to equip managers and professionals with diverse perspectives, leadership styles, and the skills required to lead their organisations in liberalised and deregulated business environments.

More than 25,000 students have used the Platform in 100 classrooms in 50 cities across the country, and participated in courses by leading academic institutes.
Working professionals with a minimum work experience of ten years post their degree, and with a bachelor’s degree (10+2+3) in any discipline with at least 50 per cent marks, will be eligible for this course.
