Instahyre, an AI-based advanced hiring platform, is all set to grow to three times its current employee strength and increase revenue by four times in the next year.
This expansion is a part of the about four-year old Company’s strategic move to onboard 20,000 accounts from enterprises to mid-market SMBs, serving a candidate base of 80-90 million.
Commenting on the expansion plans, Sarbojit Mallick, co-founder and CBO, Instahyre, said, “We are building a full suite of sourcing products to help our clients. Instahyre Drives provides the ability for companies to conduct and manage hiring drives, an approach that is very popular among enterprises and for which we’ve had substantial demand from existing customers.”
Through more client acquisition, the AI-based advanced-hiring platform will also strengthen the horizontal expansion strategy.
The Company has always focussed on expanding horizontally to all white-collar roles. It is now preparing to serve the IT services industry, “drastically increasing our good market for the next couple of years”.
Instahyre is an advanced hiring platform for tech and non-tech hiring for internet companies, which is now foraying into the non-tech hiring space too. It has used artificial intelligence and machine learning to come up with its proprietary technology that mimics a human recruiter and learns from the user’s actions.
Instahyre is known for its ‘Instamatch’ technology which has full knowledge of the skills possessed by candidates/ job seekers, as well as the requirements and preferences of the employers, basis historical data and hiring activity. Accordingly, it recommends only the most suitable and relevant candidates.
