Magic Bus India Foundation has rolled out a new artificial intelligence-powered curriculum under its Connect With Work (CWW) programme. This initiative is designed to equip young graduates from underserved communities with essential artificial intelligence or AI knowledge and practical workplace skills.
The goal is to enhance their employability and prepare them for an increasingly technology-driven job market.
The CWW programme is a short-term, college-based skilling initiative that spans 7 to 10 days. It combines life skills, professional readiness, and future-readiness training to help participants navigate the modern workforce.
The newly-introduced AI-CWW module expands this approach by introducing youth to AI tools and applications. These tools are integrated into daily workflows and aim to improve productivity without requiring deep technical knowledge.
The curriculum focuses on foundational AI concepts, ethics and responsible usage. Participants also gain hands-on experience with AI-powered workplace tools such as chatbots, prompt engineering, language translation, and productivity software. This practical training aims to empower youth to work alongside AI systems—a skill increasingly demanded across industries.
In addition to classroom learning, the programme offers mentorship, interview preparation, and sector-specific orientation. Post-placement support is also included, ensuring job stability and long-term growth. By fostering self-confidence and agency, the programme helps participants break the cycle of poverty and become role models in their communities.
As industries evolve, balancing digital skills with human capabilities is becoming essential. The AI-CWW programme directly addresses this need, offering a well-rounded skilling solution that reflects future workforce demands. With technology continuing to reshape employment landscapes, Magic Bus aims to ensure that India’s underserved youth are not left behind in the AI-driven economy.
