Scry AI, a company that offers AI product suites, has elevated Jasleen Khurana to director-operations, India & head-HR. Since January of 2016, Khurana has been serving as head-HR and administration, senior manager HR at the company.

Armed with an MBA in HR and IT from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Jasleen Khurana served as HR-talent acquisition (hiring) at Genpact from 2012 to 2013 before joining TUI Travel, as HR executive (generalist), handling employee engagement, recruitments and HR operations.

In April 2014 Khurana moved to Nielsen as assistant manager (corporate HR), recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, appraisals and communication.

It was in 2016 that her association with Scry AI began, as head of HR and administration. For over nine years she successfully managed the full spectrum of human-resource functions, including talent acquisition, retention, employee lifecycle management, engagement, D&I, performance management, learning and development, policy creation and execution, as well as information technology (IT) and HR audit compliance, while strategically aligning HR initiatives with business goals. Based out of Gurugram, she also looked after employee engagement, trainings, POSH, onboarding, induction, statutory compliances, ISO/ SOC 2 compliance , payroll, employee grievances, organisation development, succession planning, performance reviews, hiring needs assessment and fulfillment, end-to-end vendor and office administration, for the AI solutions company, which has offices across the US, Dubai and India.

Beyond her corporate role Khurana has been serving as an organiser for Stories that Matter—a non-for-profit initiative that offers people a platform for creative expression—organising virtual events, local meet-ups, and open-mic sessions for authors, storytellers and poetry and book enthusiasts.

HRKatha wishes Jasleen Khurana all the best in managing the full spectrum of Scry AI’s India operations and HR functions.
