Oracle and LinkedIn have come together to launch a new service for HR professionals which will help organisations enhance the experience and capabilities of employees as well as potential candidates.

Oracle’s HCM cloud, Taleo Enterprise Edition along with LinkedIn will allow HR teams to attract, engage and retain employees by growing their talent pool, improving the candidate experience, enhancing internal mobility and increasing career development opportunities.

Thanks to automation, not only the workplace is changing, even the workforce needs to acquire new skills more frequently. To address this growing challenge, the integration among the three services, will enable HR teams to take a holistic view of their talent’s experience, skills and career aspirations. It will help them achieve a meaningful alignment between each employee’s job responsibilities and an organisation’s overall business objectives.

The integration will offer talent profile import, recommended matches and embedded search, referral recommendations, recruiter system connect and an even deeper integration with Oracle Learning Cloud.
