TradeIndia, a B2B marketplace in India, is looking to expand its team at all levels. The Company is on the lookout for talent in sales, senior leadership positions, product management, technology and corporate functions.
It has already hired people for key positions in the C-suite and senior leadership in the recent past. It has onboarded a chief technology officer, chief product officer, few vice presidents-technology, executive director-sales and more.
The new hiring is aimed at increasing its talent pool, proficiency, productivity and bringing in new perspectives to the table, for future growth.
The Company is also seeking tech talent, which it plans to hire directly from the campuses. Though the Company has not revealed any specific numbers, it has revealed its intentions to hire “exponentially” for its technology and product management teams.

Currently, TradeIndia has a workforce that comprises about 2200 full-time employees, that is on-roll staff, and over 800 off-roll employees.
