The employability test, WEST (Wheebox Employability Skill Test) enjoys acceptance of the industry as well as academia.
Wheebox, a global talent assessment company, has completed an activation in the form of an employability test, which helped it reach out to five lakh students across the country. The employability test was conducted for students across levels — graduates, post-graduates with diplomas, engineers, and also students from ITIs, polytechnics and management institutes.
The employability test, named WEST (Wheebox Employability Skill Test), is widely accepted by the industry as well as the academia.
It measures the candidates’ cognitive ability, command over the English language, behavioural traits and respective domain knowledge. It also uses psychometric tests to find the most suitable candidates for various jobs, thus ensuring meaningful matchmaking between talent demand and supply.
The test was offered to students free of cost and each student could avail a personalised online portal to access the learning content, certificates and job opportunities.
