Fintech and technology consulting firm adamsbridge has appointed Bharathkumar Mayakrishnan as its vice president – human resources, effective August 2026. In his new role, he will lead the company’s people strategy, HR business partnering, employee engagement, talent management and organisational growth initiatives.
Mayakrishnan joins adamsbridge from Finzly, where he served as head of human resources from March 2022 to July 2026 for over four years in Chennai.
Prior to Finzly, Mayakrishnan was with Mastech InfoTrellis for four years — as human resources director from November 2020 to March 2022 and as senior manager from October 2017 to November 2020 in the Greater Chennai Area.
Earlier, he had a brief seven-month stint as manager HRBP at Sutherland from April 2017 to October 2017. He was associate manager – HR business partner at Atos between August 2015 and April 2017, and senior associate manager – human resource at Sutherland Global Services from August 2013 to August 2015, handling HR business partner and programme HR roles at DLF IT Park, Chennai.
His early career includes roles as assistant manager HR at KGB Credit Services from June 2010 to August 2013 managing end-to-end HR activities, executive HR at Perot Systems from October 2008 to March 2010 handling employee relations, HR generalist at Optimus Global Services from December 2007 to October 2008, BPR consultant at B’Risk Corporate Services from February 2007 to July 2007, and employee relations Assistant at Cybernet Support from September 2006 to December 2006.
