AiDASH, a SaaS provider of satellite-powered AI applications for infrastructure management, has appointed Amresh Mehra as its new director-people and culture. Mehra will be based in Bengaluru, and will focus on cultivating a high-performance workplace culture.
His appointment will further support AiDASH’s mission to enhance the climate resilience and sustainability of critical infrastructure.
Prior to this, Mehra was associated with Recoup Health as its SVP- employee success and corporate operations. He joined the company in the year 2024. In this role, Mehra led the business operations and people strategy, ensuring that the organisation’s expansion and innovation efforts align with the healthcare sector’s evolving demands.
Mehra brings over 20 years of expertise in human resources and his expertise lies in cultural transformation, and talent strategy. He’s also passionate about aligning people, processes and systems with broader business goals to foster innovation, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
Mehra has held leadership positions at prominent companies such as Qwest Communications (now Lumen Technologies), Regalix (now MarketStar), Jifflenow (now Cvent) and Zendrive (now part of Credit Karma Intuit). His track record showcases a deep commitment to aligning talent with business growth and fostering workplace innovation.
