    Alok Kulhar appointed regional leader-talent acquisition, APA, IMEA, Brink’s Inc.

    Brink’s Inc., the American cash-handling firm has appointed Alok Kulhar as leader-talent acquisition, for APAC and IMEA regions.

    Kulhar will contribute to Brink’s Inc.’s ambitious transformation plans and help set up the global talent-acquisition centre of excellence or (COE) for the ROW, covering 27 countries.

    In his new assignment, Alok Kulhar will also be tasked with leading and overseeing recruitment efforts across countries such as Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, Macau, Singapore, India, Jordan, Kuwait, Morocco, UAE and others.

    Backed by 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, Kulhar has been associated with big brands such as AXA, LinkedIn, and McKinsey & Co. He has successfully managed recruitment across diverse industries, geographies and cultures. His expertise lies in multi-location recruitment strategies, talent insights and intelligence. Utilising artificial intelligence (AI) in recruitment, sourcing efficacy, empathy-driven talent-acquisition processes, data storytelling and dashboards, C-suite talent negotiations, stakeholder management, and servant leadership are his forte.

    In his new role, Alok Khular will remain committed to fostering a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives and promote effective communication across all levels of the organisation.

    With special focus on nurturing talent, Khular will strive to draw the best talent to the team of Brink’s and ensure their retention.

    HRKatha wishes Kulhar all the best as he becomes part of Brink’s Inc.’s endeavour to expand its presence worldwide.
