    She moved from OYO, where she was head of L&D.

    Charandeep David has joined Max Life Insurance as corporate VP-HR.  In her previous stint at OYO, which lasted a year, she led the learning and development function with direct focus on customer service.

    Her first job after passing out from the University of Delhi in 1991, has been her longest yet. In 1992, she joined British Airways as an operations trainer, where she worked with the operations, customer service and training departments. After almost nine years in the job, she joined GE, where she was responsible for manager training and employee development – F&A.

    Moving on from GE after almost four years, David joined Genpact LLC in January 2005, as assistant vice president-learning and people development-F&A. After four years in the role, she moved up to the position of assistant vice president-operations, content solutions, CoE.

    Post a successful stint with Genpact, she joined Aircel Academy as head-HR, where she took on the responsibility for talent development and contributed to talent management, organisation development, employee engagement and other HR initiatives of the organisation.

    David left Aircel after seven years, in August of 2017, to join Jet Airways as the head of learning and development (L&D. There, she was in charge of ground services, airport staff and inflight crew. She was also responsible for maintaining the style image of the brand.

    Shortly after a year, she entered the hospitality sector, as the head of learning, OYO.

    A professional with over 27 years of experience across functions such as operations, talent management and development and L&D, David is a graduate from the University of Delhi.
