Crimson Hotels has appointed Sheetal Thakur as the human resources manager for The Aaureum Resorts and International Convention Centre in Bhilwara. The appointment marks a key step in the group’s expansion across Rajasthan as it prepares to launch one of the region’s most ambitious hospitality and events destinations.
In her new role, Sheetal will oversee all HR operations at The Aaureum, from pre-opening planning to long-term workforce development. She will be responsible for setting up efficient HR systems, fostering an inclusive and motivated workplace, and cultivating a culture that emphasises collaboration, growth, and consistent service excellence.
Prior to joining Crimson, Thakur was associated with Ramada by Wyndham as its human resources manager. She joined the organisation in 2024.
Bringing over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Thakur has previously worked with leading hotel brands such as Club Mahindra, Fern Hotels and Clarks-Inn Suites. Her professional expertise spans recruitment, training, employee engagement, and policy development—areas crucial to building high-performing hospitality teams.
An MBA in Human Resources and Marketing, coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, equips Sheetal with a strong foundation in both people management and business strategy. Known for her focus on creating positive and performance-driven environments, she has successfully aligned HR strategies with organisational goals throughout her career.
Her appointment reflects Crimson Hotels’ commitment to investing in strong leadership and structured people practices as it scales its operations. With The Aaureum poised to become Bhilwara’s premier hospitality and convention hub, Thakur’s role will be pivotal in shaping a cohesive team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences and operational excellence.
