    Dinesh Jain to lead Global Capacity Centre (GCC) for Genpact

    After over 13 years of association with Accenture, Dinesh Jain will now be Global Capacity Centre (GCC) lead, Genpact.
    The agentic and advanced technology solutions company  will spearhead Genpact’s efforts to help clients design, scale, and transform their GCC strategies, driving business impact through agentic operations, advanced technologies and data-led transformation.
    An alumnus of the National Institute of Information Technology and SJMSOM-the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Dinesh Jain served as associate development manager, Baan, for seven years, from 1994 to 2001. He served as general manager-development, Birla Technologies, for a short while before joining VitalHealth Software/ Celpro Group BV, as executive director-technology, in May of 2001. Over seven and a half years later, he moved again to General Mills, taking up the role of head-India delivery centre.
    His long association with Accenture began in 2012, as vice president-technology/health and public service India solution lead. Less than a year and a half into this role, he was promoted to VP technology/health and public service Europe, Africa, Latin America solution lead.
    Another promotion in December of 2015 put him in the position of managing director-technology, APAC health and public service solutions.
    March of 2020 saw him being elevated to managing director-Australia, New Zealand and India GCC/GIC/captive solutions.
    By 2023, he had been elevated to managing director-global GCC/GIC/captive solution lead.
    According to Riju Vashisht, chief growth officer, Genpact, with the help of Jain’s leadership, “we’re helping clients reimagine these centres as catalysts for continuous innovation and competitive advantage”.
    In his role, Jain will shape Genpact’s GCC strategy and playbooks, guiding clients across industries and regions in establishing and evolving their centres into strategic extensions of their global enterprises. His focus will be to help enterprises establish and scale their GCCs, evolve them into global innovation, engineering and process hubs, and help them scale to maximise value creation.
    Dinesh Jain, global capability centre lead, Genpact, will focus on helping “clients build future-ready GCCs that integrate Genpact’s deep process expertise with advanced technologies, driving continuous innovation and measurable business outcomes.”
