In 2005, this alumna of Panjab University joined PI Industries as manager – HR. For over six years, she managed HR policies and procedures, talent acquisition, employee welfare and engagement, rewards & recognition programme, HRIS, and also maintained the employee life cycle and insurance.

Her next stop was Usha International in May 2011, where she joined as regional HR manager – North. A year later, she was elevated to HR operations lead. For the next seven years, she handled the entire gamut of HR operations, including manpower planning, performance management, employee relations and conflict resolution for the pan India workforce.

It was in 2020 that Singh moved to Jio as state HR head (general manager) for a two-year long tenure.

Dynnino India is opening another office in Gurugram and will also be starting operations in Mumbai by end of 2023. Therefore, Singh will use her experience and talent to “develop and implement HR strategy across our various offices in India,” said Aleksejs Histjajevs, director, Dyninno India.

In her new role, Singh will work to ensure the execution of global HR standards, policies, processes and initiatives across all operations offices of Dyninno India.

“Thrilled to be associated with this team of high performers,” Singh is confident that this new chapter “will be full of enrichment and learning”.
