Healthium Medtech has roped in Vinod T Varghese as its new group chief human resources officer. The company expressed confidence that his strategic vision and deep experience will help build a future rooted in purpose, people and performance.
Bringing with him over 27 years of experience across diverse industries, Varghese is known for driving impactful people strategies in global organisations. Additionally, he has held senior leadership roles with leading companies, making him a seasoned expert in human-capital transformation.
Prior to this, he was associated with Alstom Transport as its director-human resources for India. He joined the company in the year 2017 and also served as its whole-time director on the Board of Alstom Transport India.
He has also held many leadership roles in several companies such as 3M, Colt Technology, Ernst & Young, HSBC and Shaw Wallace and Company.
His expertise spans leadership development, talent management, change management, and employee engagement—skills that will be instrumental in aligning culture, talent and strategy across the Healthium ecosystem.
An alumnus of Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi, Varghese holds a bachelor’s degree of commerce from St Xavier’s College, Kolkata.
