    Infogain appoints Soma Pandey as CPO

    In this role, she will lead efforts to enhance the company’s employee experience

    Soma Pandey has joined Infogain as its new chief people officer (CPO). In this role, she will lead efforts to enhance the company’s overall employee experience and play a key role in nurturing STEM talent, ensuring Infogain remains at the forefront of technological innovation.

    Prior to this, Pandey was associated with Tredence, a data science and AI solutions company, as its chief human resources officer (CHRO). In this role, Pandey collaborated with key stakeholders to preserve the company’s high-achievement culture during its ambitious growth phase. She joined the company in the year 2023.

    Pandey is a seasoned HR professional, backed by over two years of global experience. Her expertise lies in transforming talent capabilities to align with the business strategies of advanced technology-driven companies.
    Prior to joining Tredence, Pandey was associated with Cognizant as its global lead-careers and culture in 2021.

    She has also worked with several other organisations such as Firstsource, Mastek, ITC, Randstad, and Accenture, in various executive positions. She is well versed in formulating worldwide initiatives for personnel to empower them to make meaningful contributions towards achieving business goals.

    Her longest stint was with Accenture where she spent over six years. She joined the company in September 2008 as general manager and was then elevated to vice president-human resources in October 2010. She held the role for a good four years, before moving to Randstad India as it chief people officer (CPO) in October 2014.
