    Kolte-Patil Developers has appointed Vishal Mariya as its new group chief human resources officer (CHRO), underscoring the company’s commitment to strengthening its people-first strategy. Over the years, he has been instrumental in fostering performance-driven cultures and aligning HR initiatives with business- transformation goals.

    In his new role, Mariya will lead the organisation’s human-capital strategy, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, building future-ready leadership pipelines, and advancing the company’s vision of creating an inclusive, high-performance workplace. His appointment comes at a time when Kolte-Patil Developers is actively investing in strengthening its organisational culture and aligning its workforce strategy with its long-term growth plans.

    Before joining Kolte-Patil Developers, Mariya served as VP-HR at KEC International, where he led large-scale HR operations and drove workforce effectiveness across global functions. He joined the company in 2022. His previous roles across both legacy manufacturing setups and dynamic new-age businesses have equipped him with a well-rounded perspective on managing human capital in diverse environments.

    With more than 17 years of experience in human resources, Mariya brings deep expertise in talent development, leadership capability building, and culture transformation. His career spans across leading organisations such as Raychem RPG, CEAT, Godrej Properties, Godrej Consumer Products and Godrej Agrovet.

    In a LinkedIn post, the company expressed confidence that Mariya’s leadership will help shape a workplace where talent thrives and teams are empowered to deliver excellence, marking a new phase in its journey toward becoming one of India’s most admired and employee-responsive real- estate organisations.
