Arrival, the manufacturer and inventor of equitable electric vehicles has appointed Mandeep Bajwa as its new CHRO. Bajwa will look after the global people strategy for the Company with responsibilities such as global recruitment, people management and operations, diversity, equality and inclusion, and organisational effectiveness.
Bajwa comes with two decades of vast experience in leading global HR strategy in various companies. Prior to this appointment, Bajwa was leading the HR function at Gett, a provider of ground transportation management.

Given her mixed experience of working with established corporate giants as well as fast- scaling startups, she is apt for this role. She has worked with brands such as Cloud Kitchens and WeWork.
