Lennox India Technology Centre (LITC) has appointed Madhurya Hariharan as its new director-human resources. In the new role, she will lead the company’s people and talent functions.

At Lennox India Technology Centre, she will focus on enhancing the overall people experience, driving capability development, and deepening global collaboration. Her appointment reflects LITC’s continued commitment to its core values of integrity, respect, and excellence, and to cultivating a workplace that thrives on innovation, inclusion, and continuous growth.

During her tenure, she played a crucial role in building high-performance, learning-driven cultures and aligning talent initiatives with business growth across geographies.

She joined the company in the year 2008 as its HR-talent acquisition group. In this role, she has worked as part of the team that recruits experinced professionals for TCS, particularly for technology that are marketable in the industry, including hiring for SAP and other ERP.
