Monica Rancati has joined Temenos, the banking software company, as chief human resources officer (CHRO) and member of the Executive Committee, after leading the HR function at Microsoft for eight years.
For Rancati, the customer and people-centric culture, the passion for innovation and the ambition for growth at Temenos are what attracted her to the organisation.
This senior leader comes with 15 years of experience in HR management, which also includes talent management, executive talent acquisition and development, employee relations, mergers & acquisitions, and other human-resource disciplines.
Prior to Microsoft, Rancati served in senior HR roles at Dell EMC, a part of the Dell Technologies for more than a decade, where she was responsible for talent acquisition and development, in various countries and regions.
Rancati has entered Temenos at a very crucial time when the workforce is still settling into the new normal. Therefore, it will be a challenge to keep the staff motivated through the changes that are happening at the workplace and in the very manner of working.
With her strong business acumen, Rancati will drive HR management and provide the foundations and support necessary for Temenos to continue its growth trajectory in the coming years.
The technology company is focusing on investing in its HR function and its people, as these are critical to its growth plans.
