Automobili Lamborghini has chosen Nidhi Kaistha to head its India operations. She joins the Italian super-luxury car maker from Porsche where she has spent over two years.

An alumna of the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, Nidhi Kaistha began her professional journey as a cabin crew with Jet Airways in 1997. She moved to Gulf Air in 1999, based out of Bahrain for a period of over two and a half years before joining Hyatt Hotels as sales manager, in April 2002.

Two and a half years later, Nidhi Kaishta took on the role of sales manager, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, New Delhi. A year and eight months into this role, she switched to BMW India as manager-direct and diplomatic sales. Just over four years later, she was elevated to senior manager-retail sales. Two years into this role, she was promoted to the position of general manager-retail sales. By February of 2014 she had become general manager-corporate and diplomatic sales.

In June 2018, she was appointed as general manager-sales. Another promotion came by in 2020, which made her head of corporate, direct and special sales.

From September 2021 to July 2022, Nidhi Kaistha lead business strategy and sales for high-performance cars (BMW M and Z series).

After a long and successful association of over 15 years with BMW India, Nidhi Kaishtha moved to Porsche India to look after sales, customer relationship management, leadership development, sales strategy, retail marketing and so on.

Kaistha’s proven track record of managing large teams to achieve business objectives will be an asset to Automobili Lamborghini. HRKatha wishes Nidhi Kaistha all the best!
