Honeywell has appointed Rekha Radhakrishnan as HR director. She moves from Dell Technologies, where she was HRBP leader – India sales, for over two years.
In her previous assignment at Dell, Radhakrishnan, an alumna of IIM Calcutta, drove the development and implementation of the HR strategy for Dell Technologies in India and APJ. Her responsibility was to understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda capable of supporting the business. She was the strategic partner and coach for sales leaders across APJ, helping them build integrated talent and people strategies, with specific focus on workforce planning, organisation capability and leadership.
Radhakrishnan, who holds an MBA degree from the University of Madras, started her career with Tecnotree Corporation as assistant manager – HR, in 2004. A year later, she joined Jamcracker, as human resource manager, for over two years.
In 2009, she joined CenturyLink as HR lead – India. For three years, she worked closely with executive teams there to understand the business, and to proactively align the people strategy with it.
Her next stop was CSG International, where she served as country manager – HR, India, for seven successful years. Her position required her to partner with the India leadership team to plan and execute strategies for organisational design and change, learning & development, recruitment, employee engagement as well as development of appropriate people strategy to support business objectives.
It was in 2019 that she joined Dell. She is known to be an approachable and loyal HR professional with the ability to keep people together.
