After successfully serving as CEO, Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties for over six years, Rohit Kishore has joined Hero Realty in a similar capacity.
With a BTech in marine engineering, Rohit Kishore completed an MBA in finance and strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, in 2007.
His first professional stint was with Unitech, as manager, corporate strategy and business development. In this role, he gained over two years of real-estate experience. From 2007 to 2010, he worked across different verticals in the firm handling private equity deals, managing partnerships and launching projects.
In February of 2010, Kishore moved to Bharti Realty to head the business development department of the firm.
Rohit Kishore’s next stop was M3M India, as general manager, corporate strategy. In December of 2011 he switched again to take up the position of director at Mars Development Consulting. His association with this boutique real-estate consulting organisation— with key focus on project conceptualisation, retail leasing, land sourcing and cash flow planning—lasted more than three and a half years.
August of 2013 was witness to Kishore taking up the role of vice president, strategy, at Lotus Greens Developers. Over three years into this role, he was elevated to director-strategy and business development. By 2017, he had been elevated to COO and director, Lotus Greens.
It was in January 2019 that his association with Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties began, as CEO.
