Routematic, a corporate mobility solutions provider, has appointed Chidananda Murthy as its new vice president-people and culture. His appointment is effective immediately.
Murthy will lead the company’s people strategy, focusing on talent development and fostering an inclusive, high-performance workplace. His leadership will be instrumental in driving Routematic’s sustainable growth and enhancing employee well-being.
With over two decades of HR leadership experience, Murthy has held key roles at many global organisations.
Before joining Routematic, he served as head-HR, Walmart Global Sourcing for India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. He joined the company in 2015. There, he implemented successful talent-retention programmes, succession- planning initiatives, and business-expansion strategies.
His career also includes pivotal roles at Nokia Networks, IBM, Oracle, and Huawei, where he specialised in HR strategy, leadership development, and post-merger integrations.

Murthy holds a degree in personnel management and industrial relations from University of Mysore.
