    Satyajit Tripathi joins Tata 1 mg as director – HR

    Tata 1 mg, the healthcare platform, has roped in Satyajit Tripathi as the director – HR. Before moving to the Company that provides various services, including e-pharmacy, diagnostics, e-consultation and health content, Tripathi was senior HRBP and programme manager at Meesho, the Indian one-stop online shopping site.

    Tripathi, who completed his MBA in human resource management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, worked as compensation and benefits specialist and HRBP at Sasken Technologies for almost two years, based out of Bengaluru, in 2016.

    In 2018, he moved to HDFC Bank for a short stint as regional HR – South and talent acquisition lead. There, he was responsible for campus hiring and connect programmes at tier 1 and 2 MBA colleges for relationship manager roles in corporate banking, mid corporate, working capital, agri lending and so on.

    His next stop was udaan.com, where he joined as lead HRBP. For three years, he was the HRBP for- food/ FMCG, Fresh & Pharma across India, with over 500 full-time and over 3000 off-roll associates. He handled organisation design and career philosophy, process design and automation, performance management frameworks for a distributed workforce, IR / ER issues, as well as incentive programme design. He was soon elevated and began to lead end-to-end HR shared services for seamless management of 20,000 associates pan India.

    Tripathi, who happens to be a civil engineering graduate, served as process engineering manager at JUSCO, a Tata Enteprise, for about three years in the initial part of his career.

    Known for his enthusiasm, interpersonal communication and people skills, Tripathi will certainly be an asset to Tata 1 mg.
