    Tricentis ropes in Jennifer Lucas as CPO

    “Excited about the road ahead at Tricentis,” posts Jennifer (Alessandra) Lucas on LinkedIn, resharing the announcement of her appointment by Tricentis.

    She has joined Tricentis, the Texas-based global enterprise continuous testing company, as the chief people officer.

    Having started her HR journey in 1997, Lucas worked with Arthur Andersen for five years as HR manager, before moving to Raytheon in a similar position in 2002.

    From 2004 to 2009, she was associated with KB Home, where her last-held position was that of VP- HR. She then returned to Raytheon as director – HR in 2009 and went on to become director – talent and rewards. There, she successfully led the talent acquisition and compensation, benefits and HRIS teams for Airborne Systems.

    Her next stop was SolarWinds, where she joined as VP-HR in 2012 and by the time she quit the Company in 2019, she was senior VP – chief people officer.

    After her successful seven-year long stint with SolarWinds, Lucas moved to Frontdoor, a company operating in the home-ownership space. There, she served as senior vice president – chief people & communications officer for about three and a half years.

    Armed with a master’s degree in public administration and HR management from University of Southern Califnornia, Lucas is known to be a gifted transformational leader.

    In her new assignment at Tricentis ? a company that provides automated testing to accelerate software delivery and digital transformation ? Lucas will lead the global people team to drive peak performance and operational excellence across all human resources functions. Tricentis also has an office in Pune, India.
