The Corporate Leadership and Development Specialist is a senior professional at the corporate level responsible for one or several areas of Leadership and Team Effectiveness (Executive development, People leadership, General talent development): Leadership training, assessment, coaching and mentoring. They act as a leadership development strategic advisor, taking a consultative approach to understanding business needs and developing and delivering effective, innovative and high-quality learning programs that deliver measurable results.
You are:-
- Experience leading Leadership Development and talent development initiatives, with strong understanding and partnership within HR and the business Individual and/or coaching experience, preferably with coaching certification
- Proven track record and experience in successfully planning, managing and delivering concurrent, large, and complex trainings and development programs with high impact within specific timelines
- 5+ years of experience in assessments, team facilitation or team coaching
- Certification in respective assessment tools will be an added advantage
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in an adaptable and flexible manner
- Results focused and service-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills, follow-up skills and pay attention to detail
- Able to be a proactive problem solver
- Is flexible and able to adapt when managing issues
- Must be flexible to deliver training in a variety of formats: classroom, virtual, on-the-job, synchronous, asynchronous, etc.
- Ambassador of L&D and Rive-Reine, specifically in interactions with VIPs and Executives.
With you we will:-
- Coordinate and implementat Leadership Development training, coaching & mentoring and assessment strategy and framework. Additionally, collaborate with corporate and/or regional business, HR and COC leadership and other subject matter experts to identify leadership development needs as well as create impactful business solutions that support company objectives (specifically for one or more of this Executive development, People leadership, Talent development)
- Ensure community engagement, scalability and capability building for leadership development communities across assessment, coaching & mentoring, and leadership training
- Identify strategic businesses and teams in which to deploy leadership assessment tools (regular leadership development assessments, development, and assessment tools) and leadership interventions and team journeys
- Ensure delivery of leadership development tools and interventions either directly or through enrolling other experts. Contribute to the design of Leadership development tools and methodologies, ensure the necessary adaptations to local market contexts
- Adapt and deploy global coaching strategy through various channels to ensure embedding of individual and team coaching practices in the markets/regions. This includes both professional and everyday coaching. Responsible for managing a network of coaches and ensure their capability and renewal
- Lead specific leadership development projects for designing & developing globally scalable solutions, through to completion, including delivery i.e., facilitate leadership development solutions such as training, either face to face or virtually, as required
- Project lead/manage, collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company, including but not limited to the Communications, HR Business Partners and Senior Leadership teams on various initiatives when needed as an SME
