    Labour Code 2020 Survey Report

    The LC Survey 2020Last year, the Indian government passed three labour code bills. The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code; the Industrial Relations Code; and the code on Social Security. It is speculated that it will bring flexibility in hiring and retrenchment, will make industrial strikes more difficult by introducing new conditions and expand the social security net for both formal and informal workers.

    Objective of the study
