- Responsible for Recruitment operations & end to end recruitment
- Sourcing, screening, interview logistics, candidate assessment, comp negotiation, Offer release, post offer engagement and enable onboarding
- Stakeholder management, regular reviews and meetings with the hiring managers
- Update and publish TA dashboard
- Manage effective source of hire. Direct sourcing, leverage external career site, Professional networking site, drive internal talent mobility etc.
- Partnering with stakeholders and execute all the aspects of TA to drive the deliverables of the Account along with Manager
- Attracting Diverse Talent
Qualification And Experience:-
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree OR Preferably an MBA in HR
- Min of 3-6 years in recruitment with minimum 2 years into Volume Hiring
Key Skills:-
